This document is published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, which requires publishing rules, regulations, privacy policy and terms of use for access or usage of the domain https://www.madmonk.store (“Website”), including the related mobile site and applications (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”).

The Platform is owned by MadMonk, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, with its registered office at Navi Mumbai (hereinafter referred to as “Platform Owner”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 1 day of placing the order.

  • Orders already shipped or out for delivery cannot be cancelled.

  • Perishable items are not eligible for cancellation.

  • Damaged or defective products must be reported within 1 day of delivery.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 days.

RETURN POLICY

  • Returns or exchanges are allowed within 1 day of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

  • Sale items may not be eligible for return.

  • Certain product categories may be exempted and will be informed at purchase.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Orders are shipped via registered domestic courier or speed post.

  • Orders are dispatched within 3 days of order/payment confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines depend on courier partners.

  • Shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable.

  • Delivery is made to the address provided at checkout.
